CLAIM & REFUND POLICY
We are here to give you a great order & delivery experience.
However, we know sometimes things can turn difficult regarding flowers, we are here to make it right for you and your business!
First and foremost, please note:
Claims can be filed only up to 48 hours after arrival date or claim won’t be accepted.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot accept any cancellation, even if it is within a 24-hour cancellation period.
Help us see and understand what is happening by sending over the following information:
Damaged Product:
- One Photo of the UPS and FARM Box label: a clear picture of these will help us know exactly what traveled inside.2.
- One Bar Code Box photo and one bunch barcode photo: Please take a good quality picture of the barcode in the bunch & Box.
- Tree min Pictures of all stems to be claimed: If you claim 25 stems, we need to see 25 stems with the issue. (no photos available for the product to be claimed unfortunately is no refund)
Detailed product problem:
variety, stem count and stem size. The better and detailed description is the faster we can process. If some flowers were not packed/included in your order, please take pictures of the product you DID receive in addition to the box label pictures to get credit for missing bunches.
Two-days or more late delivery policy:
We can issue refund a box that is delivered 2 days or more as originally requested in any circumstance of a weather condition or US customs issue ONLY with proof of minimum 4 pictures (showing a Damaged Product) and how the product arrived. Without that proof, we can reject the claim.
Incorrect Product Received:
If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please include the following details in your credit request: a photo of the UPS box label showing the tracking number and the box’s contents, along with another clear photo of the incorrect product.
Stock Issues:
If there is any problem with availability, we will contact you ASAP to offer replacements or process a refund.
Online order cancellations:
Subject to a fee of 5% of the total amount, this is due to credit card fees and transaction costs. We will refund the amount you paid minus the 5% cancellation processing fee.
We will check all details and within 24-72 hours. As soon as the claim is approved, you will be refunded on the credit card your order was paid with. Depending on your bank, a refund can take 1-7 business days before your money will be in your account.
